Origin and farm

Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza is a 100% Arabica Brazilian coffee from the Mococa region. The beans are grown at Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza , where production is based on sustainable agricultural principles. This includes attention to soil structure, protection of local biodiversity, rational water management, and the use of natural shade trees. The unambiguous origin of the raw material allows for a consistent, repeatable profile from batch to batch.

Selection and roasting

The coffee used in the capsules is made exclusively from Arabica Santos beans sourced from a single farm and belongs to the Fazenda Cabral Café line. The beans are roasted in Poland according to a specific profile and then prepared into capsules compatible with the Nespresso® system.

Roasting level: medium.
A medium roast maintains a balance between aroma, natural sweetness, and low bitterness, ensuring a stable result in short capsule extraction. This coffee is roasted in Poland and optimized for consistent brewing.

Flavor profile

The flavor profile is clean and balanced. The aroma features notes of almond and a delicate fruity accent. The taste reveals chocolate, cherry, and the natural sweetness of cane sugar. The acidity remains subtle, and the bitterness is low, allowing for a relaxed drinking experience.
